Rise leadership presents:
Without college debt
or wasting your Twenties guessing

RISE exists for people who are ready to take responsibility for their direction early; instead of outsourcing their future to chance, comfort, or convenience
How to stop guessing your next right move
Why skills matter more than titles
Why personal responsibility unlocks leadership, income, and autonomy
What actually creates leverage in your 20s (and what doesn’t)
Before you decide whether RISE is worth your time, you deserve to know who built it and why it exists.
My name is Cory Gilbert, and I’m currently the Division Director of Sales at JKR Windows, where I oversee sales strategy, leadership development, and execution across multiple markets.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve owned and built multiple multi–million-dollar businesses — organizations that earned national recognition and grew to support thousands of employees.
Before JKR, I served in executive leadership roles including Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer.
That meant building systems from the ground up, leading teams at scale, managing real budgets, and making decisions that had real consequences — not theoretical ones.
I didn’t learn leadership from books alone.
I learned it by building companies, developing people, and being accountable when outcomes mattered.
RISE exists because I saw a gap.
Too many capable, hardworking people are doing everything they were told…
yet never achieve real financial freedom, ownership, or generational impact.
Not because they lack effort, but because they were never taught which skills actually pay the bills, how leadership compounds income,
or how to build leverage instead of just working harder.
RISE was built to change that.
Not with hype.
Not with shortcuts.
But with structure, mentorship, accountability, and a clear path to leadership.
If you’re ready to stop guessing and start building something real...
this workshop will show you what that looks like.
